Nylon webbing is the safe and strong foundation of all our Holiday Handmade Designer Dog Collars.
Nylon webbing is the strongest of webbings with a tensile strength of 4200 pounds in the one-inch width making these collars virtually unbreakable. We sew fabric into a tube, then down both sides onto the nylon webbing, preventing twisting and shifting. We use heavy-weight bonded nylon thread and sew these collars on industrial sewing machines. The Holiday Handmade Designer Dog Collars are then box stitched, not just triple-stitched, for extra strength. We then use top-quality molded side release buckles, Triglides and dee rings to complete the collar.
