The Martingale collar is a humane choke collar. These dog collars have a two-loop design that works by tightening on the dogs neck when it is trying to remove its head from the collar, but will loosen again when the dog stops struggling against it. The unique, limited closure of the Martingale collar prevents it from becoming too tight. At Country Brook Design, we make our dog collars from heavy-duty nylon webbing and welded metal hardware, which makes them very strong and durable. We are able to cover these collars with cotton fabric for a designer look, as well as make a leash of the same fabric to match the collars.
