What is your Shipping Policy?
Please be sure to check both UPS and USPS for shipping prices. You must click the button next to the options to see prices. All non-custom items will ship same day M-F if order is paid for by 1:00 pm cst.!
Custom made dog collars, leashes, etc. will be made and shipped within 4 business days of payment and size received. Our new shopping cart should give you correct shipping. On large orders, if you would like to make sure it is correct contact us, and we will double check shipping. We can not make the shipping calculator take into account for flat rate boxes. If you are overcharged in shipping we will refund the overage when we ship, like we do now. If you have any questions or problems, please email us at info@countrybrookdesign.com or call 256-460-4653. (10:00am - 6:00pm Monday - Friday central standard time) You can call on weekends but we may not be in. International Buyers – Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

What is your Return Policy?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us, within 7 days. Then you can ship your item back and we will refund your purchase price, minus shipping. We want to make sure you are happy.
